Sprint packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase if we have not yet commenced the initial audit or discovery work. Once work has started, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at our discretion.
Add-on packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the specific deliverable has not started. Once work has begun, packs are non-refundable.
Pre-purchased consulting hours unused within 90 days are refundable. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
